Founded by Robert Middledorf in 1982, Middledorf Property Services has served the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area for over a quarter century. Since our inception, we have successfully completed thousands of projects in Maryland, DC and Virginia. Robert Middledorf — President
Bob is the wise sage of painting. With over 30 years of experience, our clients repeatedly use him as an expert resource. As co-founder of Middledorf Property Services, Bob has managed over 5,000 property restoration projects. In addition to oversight functions in Estimating and Operations, he provides general management for the company.
Carl Middledorf — Executive Vice President
Has over 25 years of business and industry experience and is co-founder of Middledorf Property Services. Previous business experience includes founding and successfully operating an insurance/employee benefit business. Has extensive experience in marketing and administration. Responsibilities include general executive management, including oversight of the Customer Service department and sales.
Craig Middledorf — Vice President
Has a BA in English from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Craig is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland and holds a Maryland Home Improvement License. Craig has held various management positions in operations and business development in the construction and Information Technology industries. Responsibilities include all financial and accounting duties, management of risk assessment and legal matters, management of Information Technology, and human resources management.
Greg Dean — Estimating Manager
Has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Greg successfully owned and operated a full-service construction firm where he built and remodeled residential homes and renovated commercial properties. He then spent 3 years as lead superintendent of a large home builder in Arizona, where he oversaw construction of a 315 home sub-division. His responsibilities at Middledorf include management of construction estimating, department and quality control.
Josh Middledorf — Director of Field Operations
Has over 8 years experience in the Construction industry. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Previously, he was a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Utah. He has supervised over 500 construction and restoration projects, ranging from single phase to multi-year projects. Responsibilities include field and project management, safety enforcement and quality control.
