Robert Middledorf - President
Robert has 30 years experience in Property Restoration. As co-founder of Middledorf Property Services he has managed over 5,000 renovation projects. Robert is well known and respected in the industry for his knowledge and experience. In addition to oversight functions in Estimating and Operations, Robert provides general management for the company.

Carl Middledorf - Executive Vice President
Carl has over 25 years of business and industry experience. Co-founder of Middledorf Property Services. Previous business experience includes founding and successfully operating insurance/financial planning business. He has extensive experience in marketing and administration. Responsibilities include general executive management including oversight of Customer Service and Sales Departments.

Craig Middledorf - Vice President
Has a Bachelors of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland and holds a Maryland Home Improvement License. Mr. Middledorf has held various management positions in operations and business development in the construction and IT industries and joined Middledorf Property Services in 2002. At Middledorf Property Services, responsibilities include all financial and accounting duties, management of risk assessment and legal matters, management of Information Technology, and human resources management.

Joshua Middledorf - Vice President of Field Operations
Has over 7 years of experience in the construction industry. Has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Previously a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Utah. Has supervised over 500 construction and restoration with some exceeding $1,000,000 in value. Responsibilities include project management and safety enforcement.

Greg Dean - Construction Services Manager
Has 18 years experience in the construction industry. Successfully owned and operated a business constructing and remodeling residential homes and renovating commercial properties. He then worked 3 years for a large homebuilder as lead superintendent of a 315 home subdivision. At Middledorf, responsibilities include management of the construction estimating department and management of subcontractor relationships.

Dennis Windley - Vice President of Marketing
Has 28 years experience in marketing and operations management. Has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. Has served on executive boards of several fast growth companies, filling key marketing management functions. Has successfully owned, operated and sold 2 companies in the D.C. area. Responsibilities include management of sales and marketing departments.
