STANDARD 2 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty coverage will give you, our valued customer, the peace of mind to know that we stand by our work. If any failure occurs within 24 months following the completion of the project, we will make all necessary touch-ups and repairs at no additional cost to you. Longer warranties are negotiable.

Warranty coverage applies to all repairs and touch ups related only to the work included in our contract specifications. It does not include any damage or loss resulting from normal wear and tear, negligent maintenance, acts of nature, accident or abuse, problems associated with previous coatings not applied by Middledorf Property Services or problems caused by water penetration due to sub-surface moisture. Reoccurrence of mildew and/or rust is not included as part of this warranty.
