Atrium Painting Project

Middledorf completed this incredibly complex renewal project in this expansive 5 story atrium of a high-end office building in Northern VA. Using a 90 foot lift, Middledorf repaired and painted all drywall atrium ceilings, concrete walls, corridor walls, bridge walls and columns in the entire atrium over the course of the three month project.  Atrium skylights were also cleaned and new stainless steel corner guards were installed in corridors.   

Our team delivered flawless, high-quality finishes on walls, trim, ceilings and architectural features, enhancing the space’s elegance and sophistication. We used low-odor, durable paints to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. From meticulous surface preparation to precise application and final touch-ups, this project highlights our attention to detail and ability to transform prominent, high-traffic spaces with lasting results.
