Exterior Painting Project

Middledorf completed a comprehensive exterior painting and trim replacement project designed to restore and protect the property’s appearance and integrity. The work began with a full power wash of the siding, trim, soffits, and fascia to remove dirt and prepare surfaces for painting. We replaced areas of rotten wood with durable PVC trim boards, ensuring long-term protection from moisture and weathering. All new PVC was primed and caulked with high-performance materials before receiving a fresh coat of exterior latex semi-gloss paint to match existing colors. Additional work included scraping, sanding, and spot priming areas with loose paint, refinishing front doors, painting shutters, and restoring front metal railings with proper surface prep, priming, and oil-based coatings. The result is a clean, refreshed exterior with improved durability and lasting curb appeal.
