Medical Office Repaint Project

Middledorf revitalized these two medical office buildings located on one of Montgomery County’s largest Hospital campuses.  Middledorf applied polomyx, an attractive yet durable specialty coating, to the lobby walls as well as the two story atrium.  We also applied wallcovering to the common area hallways.  Work was completed on weekends and low VOC products were used to minimize inconvenience to tenants and patients.  Our team worked efficiently to deliver smooth, durable finishes that enhanced the professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff. From color consultation to surface preparation and final touch-ups, this project demonstrates our commitment to quality and attention to detail in creating a clean, inviting environment for medical facilities.
