Office Renovation Project

Middledorf was tasked to perform a complete renovation of this management office space. The entire space was completely gutted including all framing, electrical, and plumbing fixtures. We then installed all new wall and ceiling framing, rough electrical, rough plumbing and new HVAC system and ductwork. We then installed new drywall, new doors & hardware, a new picture window, new flooring, a drop ceiling in the hallway, and new electrical fixtures including recessed lighting, wall sconces, and flush mount ceiling fixtures. The bathroom received all new plumbing fixtures and was reconfigured to be ADA compliant. A new mop sink was installed with a new ceramic tile surround, as well as a drinking fountain. The entire project was completed on tight timeline to accommodate management staff requirements.
